Hotel was in a great position for visiting the Birmingham International Centre and the beach which were both in walking distance all be it up and down slopes. Our room was very big with loads of space and everything and clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. The service for our evening snack was excellent and quick despite there being a large dancing party in the main dining room. The toasted panini came hot and was very tasty. A lot of choice on the menu. The breakfast staff were polite and helpful. Lots of choice on the menu for cooked but the continental was a little lacking.

Unfortunately our room overlooked the road and we were unable to close our windows. The traffic noise and passing people were very noisy throughout the night. Next time we want a room at the back.

Excellent facility’s & exceptional staff.

Shower was rubbish & very hot room.

room good great shower good choice of breakfast ok location 10 minute walk to town centre

Specifically booked this hotel for a 3 day break because of swimming pool Pool did not open until 10am so no swimming before breakfast. The late afternoons and evenings the pool was given over to local families for childrens swimming lessons so no good for swimming. Parking was also charged at £12 per night which I did not see anyware on the booking site. Would not stay here again despite the decent quality of hotel.
