The Lansdowne Hotel

The room was relatively small, clean, very small bathroom. Staff was a little bit on the underwhelming side, with not much courtesy or willingness to help or assist. There are no elevators on the premises, so if you have a large suitcase it has to be dragged up the stairs (there was no one on site to help). Window was facing the courtyard, so it was slightly noisy and people were smoking underneath, therefore the window could not be left open most of the time

Lack of elevators, staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly

Easy access to public transport and local shops and pubs.

One particular staff member seemed annoyed we arrived. Our room was up many, many stairs, which is tricky when you have heavy bags. Also, their restaurant sat us for a meal then came back 20 minutes later and said they're too busy and they couldn't serve us. We had to find somewhere else to eat.

Happy with the location. Small room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff at breakfast.

Expensive room for one night. Dated decor in bedroom and bathroom. Water in shower didn't hold steady temperature.

Nice bed and friendly staff. Building was nicely taken care off
