I loved everything about it

The spa, rooms and staff were amazing. Especially Ivan, Kevin and Cassio who went above and beyond to meet our needs. All the staff was brilliant though.

Town center is about 30 minute walking distance. It is easy to reach by taxi but can get expensive when doing this multiple times

if i had to point out one thing it would be that the bathroom had both bathtub and shower cabin but neither had mobile shower. it was a bit hard to clean after the bath.

Pozitionare buna, relativ aproape de centru vechi ( 20 minute de mers pe jos) dar plimbare plăcută pe malul râului.. Micul dejun foarte bun cu multe fructe suc natural.. Cu stima Fam. Am petrecut revelionul în acest Hotel.. Foarte frumos.. DJ cu musica life, bar la ultimul etaj cu vedere asupra orașului.. Din păcate nu au fost organizate din partea hotelului artificii și nu ne-a fost oferit măcar un pahar de spumant de Revelion

Every hotel needs Kevin, what a warm hospitable welcome to the hotel, nothing was too much bother! Staff are friendly and professional. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was first class! Quiet location.

Not so much a dislike but room oddly shaped with very bright spotlights above bed … room itself felt very masculine and conference like. No means to open window so heavily reliant on A/C. Long corridors, black walls and doors with suspended ceiling looked like offices.

We absolutely loved Kevin the door man, very helpful, professional and helpful. Infact every member of staff we encountered were professional and respectful. The bar food excellent, staff again brilliant. We are already planning our New Year’s Eve visit.

Room 401 extremely dark with poor natural and artificial lighting. Water pressure awful in bathroom. No cold water at basin!

Pretty much everything about the hotel. The design, facilities, service etc.

Broadband connection/speed was fairly restricted in the room.

Clean environment overall. Restaurant staff were very nice. Especially a wait staff who made us a mocha at the lobby bar area-it was the first time for her to make it and she did a really nice job asking for feedback and ensuring we enjoyed it.

1) Service to fix shower drainage issue was not attended to during my stay. I called and asked for it to be fixed and again asked the house keeping staff to have someone look into this with no follow up. 2) The rooftop bar was disappointing. Views and heating for select areas only didn’t lend to a great dining experience.

It was a good location for my purpose which was WORK!!

The rooms are a joke as you cannot open windows a bit silly really as a lot tourists travelling over from all over the world and there is still covid and long term covid around . There are still germs lingering around after each person that stays in a room. Also the there was a leakage in my bathroom every night I stayed. Rooms are appalling with out windows makes no sense and it’s a five star establishment an utter joke but sure no one cares !!

Window can’t be opened. chemical smell from interior. Curtain can’t shut down the light completely at night. Small and noisy lobby. It is just a 4 stats business hotel.
