The lift is quite complex, it took a long time for them to operate and no manual buttons either, too advanced The safe in the room was ticking half the night making it hard to sleep, had to take battery out of it The breakfast was beautiful but the bacon was burnt to a crisp which was a shame

The best I can say about it is that the location is very convenient for the 3Arena and it's clean.

The hotel was fine, nothing special but fine. The two big issues I had were that the beds (mattresses) and pillows were hard and quite uncomfortable, and the restaurant was really disappointing. We arrived on Saturday evening and ate at the hotel restaurant - it's a massive space but was virtually empty. Despite being very quiet, the service was completely inattentive, we sat without a drink for ages, no-one came to take our plates when we finished our main courses, or offer a dessert, or another drink, and the food wasn't anywhere near good enough not to care about the lack of service. We were given a hard-sell on purchasing the breakfast package when we checked in at reception and after the dinner experience we were very glad not to have purchased breakfast (there are a number of great options very nearby).
