BM Beach Hotel

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The swimming pool was excellent, the water park was fantastic, and the children’s playground was really great for kids! A special mention goes to the lifeguards, who were extremely attentive and professional. They were constantly watching the pools and beach, enforcing safety rules, and paying particular attention to children, even teenagers swimming without adults nearby. It was reassuring to see how seriously they took their responsibilities. The food was actually very tasty! Although the selection was relatively limited and the menu quite repetitive, everything was well prepared and enjoyable. The variety was sufficient for a short stay, although after four or five days it started to feel a little monotonous. The air conditioning worked perfectly, bed linen and towels were clean and regularly changed, and the reception staff were efficient and helpful. The restaurant team also worked quickly to clear tables. We also really enjoyed the fire show and fire Tanoura performance!

There was a strong smell of mould, especially in the bathrooms, dirty carpets, and even mouldy containers for used tea bags in the restaurant. Ventilation was poor, windows barely opened, and there was nowhere to dry swimwear. For an all-inclusive hotel, it was also disappointing that coffee was unavailable after the breakfast. The kids’ club was particularly concerning. Staff regularly failed to follow opening hours, arriving late or leaving early. The animation programme needs a complete review. One animator genuinely seemed to be trying her best, but where was the rest of the animation team? She appeared to be handling almost everything herself. There was a clear activity schedule, which I even photographed because I was looking forward to participating. Unfortunately, most activities either never happened or started late, and finding an animator was often impossible. There were no gymnastics sessions, aqua aerobics was disappointing, and even getting a volleyball was a challenge. The ball was only provided for very limited periods, making it difficult to actually enjoy a game. Ironically, darts seemed to be the only activity regularly available, even when it wasn’t on the schedule. It felt as though activities were chosen based on how easy they were to organize rather than what guests actually wanted. The children’s disco was also disappointing, with animators spending too much time joking among themselves instead of engaging the children. Evening shows were very limited, and the hotel lacked atmosphere despite having plenty of guests eager to participate. Having travelled extensively and stayed at all-inclusive resorts for over 20 years, I was also surprised by the complete lack of visible management. Nobody seemed to supervise the animation team, check whether scheduled activities were actually taking place, or engage with guests. It was unclear who was responsible or whom to approach with concerns.

For the camp areas there should be some security man to prevent any disturbance after 10 clock There was some young people is playing until 3:00 am it was soo hard to sleep 😊

Location is good with access to beach, property is clean and maintained well. They also gave us a celebratory cake for our anniversary.

Basic amenities like towels and dental kits were not present at the check in time. Received after multiple calls made. Mobile charing socket was not available. Had to remove the bed lamp plug to use the charging adapter.
