The staff were very helpful and friendly; literally all of them from the buggy drivers to the concierge to the pool bartenders. The buffet food options were diverse and tasty. The restaurant options for a more sit down setting were also nice but the food was average. The pool options were diverse too.

The sea was too enclosed so the water was mucky. The room facilities were sometimes problematic - the conditioner was empty, both bottles, for the duration of our 3 night stay, the faucets had boiling hot water on both taps, turned out to be due to the setting in the shower, and the toilet got clogged on the first night. Seems the hotel is under renovation so I hope these issues get solved. A major ask is to offer all inclusive options for non alcoholic drinkers - we found the price to be too high for us when we werent drinking. Also, the kids club was full of screens / video games distracting the kids from the activities planned by the staff. So despite the kids asking for the activities, we did not let them go except for a couple of hours as they were constantly distracted by the screens.

Large resort, lots of pools, restaurants and facilities.

Some parts felt a bit dated, needing modernisation.

Don’t have to worry about feeding and drinking my children. Beach is great. Gym facilities and outdoor gym classes awesome. Buffet had great selection of food and very good
