It was I think our 8th time to book this hotel. We just love it. The rooms are clean, the facilities are amazing and the staff are just exceptional. We have felt treated very well and truly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island started with an impressively smooth and efficient check-in process. The staff were notably helpful from the outset, ensuring a quick start to my visit. Although the resort was fully booked, the abundant and well-coordinated staff ensured there were no queues, contributing to a hassle-free experience. In terms of dining, the all-day options were excellent, both in terms of service and the quality of food. I observed that the menus at the a la carte restaurants were very reasonably priced, although I did not get a chance to dine there. Both breakfast and dinner were well-organized, delivering quality meals efficiently to a large number of guests. My room was particularly memorable for its spaciousness and immaculate maintenance, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was a highlight with its excellent design featuring both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, perfect for some relaxation. Additionally, the balcony offered a pleasant view of the sea, further enhancing my stay. A standout aspect was the level of service, exemplified by Ahmed, the Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM), whose support during the check-out process was commendable. His professionalism and kindness were reflective of the high standards maintained by all the staff throughout the resort. The resort also offered fantastic facilities for children, including enjoyable slides in both the sea and the pool, ensuring fun for younger guests. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island delivered an excellent experience, making it a perfect choice for a family-friendly leisure getaway. With top-notch service, great facilities, and pleasant views, it provided a memorable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a quality holiday retreat.

One aspect that I found unnecessary was the requirement for WiFi voucher codes, despite the WiFi being free for all guests and the resort's isolated location. This seemed like an undue complication in an otherwise flawless experience.

Food was bad (dinner & breakfast) breakfast time there was no place at the main restaurant they told us to go to mezza restaurant; at Mezza there was no place we struggled to find a table by our selves as none from the staff there helped ! sadly they were not helping at all, zero service! we had to ask for coffee five times till finally got it, and we had to ask for plates many times too as there were no plates available at the buffet! food was not good poor varieties (even in the buffet at the main restaurant as we had dinner there in the previous night). Also, we got all inclusive package as the guy at the check in desk suggested, but we were shocked to know at the pool that only few drinks are included which is bad because very little options available . Besides, all inclusive started from 12pm check in day and was supposed to end 12pm on the day of check out which was next day, but next day at 10am they said the don’t offer drinks before 12pm !! WHAT !! I found this so misleading and inconvenient as the should have formed us about this before we paid ! They should have been more clear about it. Very disappointing!!!! I will not visit this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone, it should be 4 stars hotel not 5 stars.

A good breakfast, and even a couple of times a week, there was salmon. We had pancakes, waffles, and omelets. The territory is large and very green. The sea is clean, with almost no waves.

The hotel needs renovation as it is outdated in terms of its equipment and maintenance, and now it has the level of a standard 4-star hotel. The food offered is limited, with only the appearance of variety being created.

Location is good. Breakfast ok. Very much dissatisfied with checkin delay and room condition. Service is not up to 5 star rating. We felt like, we have been to 4 star hotel

Alles ist Perfekt. Das beste Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Schöne Anlage mit Wasserspiele und Rutschen für Kinder, Kinderpool, verschiedene Wassersport Aktivitäten, Outdoor Gym, schöner sauberer Strand , leckeres vielfältiges Essen. Jeden Tag verschiedene Abwechslung , gab sogar Kartoffelsalat im Buffet. Super Spa mit Jacuzzi, 2 Saunas und Dampfbad. Zimmer ist geräumig mit großen Betten und Schlafsofa. Bad is riesig mit Badewanne und Dusche. Große Balkon.

Poor customer service poor quality of food The lunch main course and salads on the 2 nights we stayed was same no change ! Very poor buffet I contacted the hotel before we come to make sure a special arrangement for birthday but no response the day I reached the hotel I informed the front desk and I said whatever arrangements you do for celebration do it on the same day and no body showed up! The second morning I called room service to check why they didn’t do anything for us they said you should inform us 1 day before !!! Very poor customer service and communications was helpless I booked 3 nights sea view king room they gave me 2 single bed! They just rewind our stay from the first day Definitely will not stay in this hotel again and I don’t recommend at all

It’s our 2nd time in doubletree and it’s still the best family hotel we’ve ever been to.

It’s way expensive than the others, but I still think it’s worth it.

The Ultra all inklusiv was so Good There was 4 restaurant to go to. France/italien/asien/tyrkish, lunch and dinner. Very Good restaurant And drinks all day, and also to the dinner/lunch. We were here with 2 kids, and a lot to do at the hotel. Volleyball, waterpark, yoga, and a lot more.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was in a good location the pools were lovely.

None of the staff were helpful, didn’t inform us about the all inclusive package or other activities going on around the hotel. No one knew anything about what was going on in the hotel it was chaos. Manager didn’t care and was rude. When the room got clean bags of rubbish got left on the bed, cups were still dirty and towels were still left on the floor. Food was basic not even good, again no staff helped or even smiled. There is extra charges all over, make sure you get clarity on what’s in your package.

Todella iso ja siisti hotelli. Allasalueet loistavat, lapsille oma varjoisa allas ja erikseen pieni vesipuisto. All inclusive ruoka ihan ok hyvää, juotavaa sai jokapaikasta. Spa hieronta oli todella hyvä. Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja auttavaista. Hotellin yksityinen ranta baareineen oli aivan mahtava. Siistit isot huoneet, huonepalvelu toimi moitteetta. Taksilla tai uberilla 200-230 dirhamia dubain lentokentältä hotellille.

Ruokailut todella äänekkäitä sisällä, ihmisiä myös todella paljon, tälle ei tietysti voi mitään.

Quite average. I would say it is a great option for a family with little kids. They have an all inclusive option which would work really well for families with kids.

Food was below average. Some of the facilities in the room weren’t working. Paid much more for the room than I would for a much nicer hotel!

Nothing it was perfect, however it was the support functions that let it down. 1. No welcome cookie (normally the best bit) 2. TV Remote batteries not working, required three phone calls and over an hour wait 3. Guy at breakfast counter told my wife go down there for eggs even though there was none there. When she pointed that out the guy just shrugged and said there is none then. 4. Food was cold when served across all the lunch and dinner services 5. Lasagne served in the anchor bar was very microwaved and bland
