Nothing. It is pretty average.

When I did my check-in they assigned me to room 806. When I went up to my room and opened the door, the room was taken and someone was sleeping at the bed. It is unacceptable to assign a taken room both for me and the other guests. When I went back down to the front desk at the lobby, they admited the mistake. But again... this mistake is unacceptable.

The location

There is no calefaction, the water was cold, the service is so bad that we asked for help several times and nobody help us, actually they didn't care about our troubles with our room,

i liked that i could literally cross the lobby and enter a shopping mall where they had the best Italian coffee, the ambience over all was very lively, in front on the other side of the street you can find the fanciest supermarket with gourmet restaurants on the last floor.

The arquitect had placed the handles of the door of the shower in such a way that it was hard to access the shower and the light fixtures where places behind the door so i had to open the door to reach the light switch
