La cama y las almohadas estaban cómodas. No tengo otra cosa que sumar.

La atención no era ni rápida ni resolvían nada. pedí que hicieran mi habitación y cuando llegue no había ocurrido. La limpieza general deja mucho que desear, aun cuando "pasan a limpiar" todo se siente polvoso y se siente viejo pero descuidado. El cuarto no tenia ventilación y se encerraba el olor a coladera y la humedad del baño. La alberca esta bien, pero las amenidades de regaderas, vapor, sauna, igual... nadie las usa y se tardan mucho en funcionar, cuando lo hacen se siente sucio. En general creo que es un hotel caro que promete lujo pero no esta en ese nivel.

The property is wore down and dirty. Genuinely dirty. The hallway carpets are filthy dirty and are not properly or frequently vacuumed. Threads from the towels and very dirty on both 3 and 6 floor. The dirty feeling is amplified by the poor lighting. Towel are terrible and the threadbare-face cloth little better than rag. Sink and tap in 311… you added new sing but left old tap… you can barely get your hands under the tap… it’s too short. Sink does not drain well. The shower head in 311 needs to be cleaned. Can’t believe you are still using bedspread. Business travellers expected a fully covered duvet with cover changed between guests.

My room was enormous and had a large comfortable bed. It was very quiet and I slept really well here. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The food was okay and the rooms were a bit pricey given the value proposition.
