Beaulieu Hotel

Lovely hotel in a nice location just by the fields with ponies and cows. Very kid friendly with a nice big playground and a swimming pool. Very friendly staff as well ☺️

All of the meals were excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff made the experience very enjoyable.

We didn't expect to be outside the main hotel and will book directly if we stay again.

Walls slightly thin so you can hear other guests chatting but a very minor point!

We stayed here a few years ago for our 1 year anniversary of being a couple, they had made such an effort for us with little gestures in our room, it was lovely, room was lovely and clean but unfortunately can’t say the same for this stay. We got married in July and it we was also celebrating 4 years of being a couple which I mentioned in my booking so we decided to come back here for a couple of nights. We didn’t get any sweet gestures this time, our room was not as clean, cobwebs and just generally not what we would of expected for paying over £400. The bathroom door was really stiff, the tv was tiny, we had no tea bags in the room so clearly this was not stocked up before we arrived, we also got woken up by guests staying next to us after a wedding that took place in the hotel. Our first morning, our breakfast order had not been put through, after 40 mins we eventually had to ask where our breakfast was and was told it had not been put through, so altogether we waited over an hour for our breakfast to come.

Didn’t feel we got a lot of value for our money.
