Absolutely got no sleep for two nights due to music in the 1812 club unbelievably loud

It was close to the town.The room was lovely and big.The shower was lovely. The breakfast was very nice.

Good central location we did not have to use the car although my friends were charged for the car park for the duration of our stay

Earplugs. They are not big and the reception had run out. we didn't sleep the first night and on the second day the reception still didn't get us any, we had to go to boots to buy our own, they should ALWAYS have a stock of them with the surrounding nightclubs

Location opposite the BIC and central. Bar within property was good with nice drinks and live music. Staff we spoke to were friendly to us.

I think the rooms need to be updated. Some are very dark and dingy and very old fashioned decor. The noise (although expected as we were pre warned and told on the desk at check in to just go and “join in” if it was an issue) as club next door is next level. it was a very anxious stay. The thing we didn’t expect was the fire alarm going off throughout the night. One of our party asked at reception if there was a fault etc and the desk told them there was nothing they could do. mine went off 3 times throughout the night which made it very difficult to get any rest.

the noise from the night club I finally got to sleep at 4.30am

Money was worth the type of room it was and bathroom was large as well

Heating was very poor hence rating I gave , radiator was only hot if you stood next to it , other wise room was freezing and the rad did nothing to help as poor quality and looks like it was bashed around a bit , had to sleep with coat on top of duvet as well , very basic room so definitely wouldn't pay more then I did as not worth more then that as facilities were not modern and very basic

the bedrooms were very up to date and clean

beautiful Unique style location was superb staff was very welcoming and informative jacuzzi bath was amazing treat club / bar and access to surrounding area was all so close Wetherspoons, cinema, shops, bars & clubs theatres etc was within five minutes walk.

parking staying at hotel could be less costly. especially being a blue badge holder needed to be close.

centralised location, right in the centre of everything and great entertainment in the evening. all the staff were really friendly and made us feel so welcome

slightly dated but I think it added character to the hotel, don’t really have any complaints!
