素泊まりだったが、スタッフさんの対応や設備も室内も清潔に保たれていて流石ヒルトンって感じでした。 喫煙で予約してたがフロントで禁煙ですねと言われましたが、喫煙の旨を伝えると素早く対応していただきました。

バスタブにお湯を溜めて入ったのですが、お湯のでる量が少ないのかな？他のホテルより湯船に溜まるまで時間がかかった所が日本人的にはマイナス点です。 海外のお客様が主流でシャワー文化だからかもしれないですね。

Everything was great. Excellent location but the highlight for us was the exceptional In-room dining service. We checked-in to the hotel at 1 AM and we able to order food in our room all freshly made and addictively delicious. Breakfast was great too - very hard working and courteous staff.

Not a single issue, Osaka Station is across the road with multiple shops, restaurants and commuting options.

Checkin staff speaks perfect English and is really helpful. My original BBQ dinner was cancelled by the restaurant and Hilton staff recommended and booked me another one which was bravo!

We can only credit them for keeping our bags well, first time, when we checked in early, the second time when we went away for two days and left our big bags with them.

I broke my stay in Osaka in two parts, Jun 24-29 2023 and July 1-4 2023. The experience were two extremes...The first check-in was very good, everything went smoothly. The second check-in was extremely slow. Also, we almost did not get the room we booked, a non-smoking room. Succeeded in getting a non-smoking room after pleading asthma for two elderly folks. And worst, we booked the same type of room, but was visibly clear that the the first stay on June 24-29, 2023 was a bigger room compared to our second stay on July 1-4.

Environment and location is good.

Remove the bath tub and change to standing shower will be the best. Safe for everybody especially for the elderly. Sound proof is bad.

Location to food, other eateries and the station was excellent. Room was a little dusty which I raised and was cleaned on that day. Staff and service was excellent. Really great facilities. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel as there is so much great and cheaper food within the vicinity. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Hilton Osaka is a large modern hotel opposite Umeda Station. The room was large and well equipped. We had a complimentary late check-out at 2:00 pm, which was great for our late flight. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the limousine bus stop for Kansai Airport; this bus service is cheaper and easier to access than the Harouka Express train.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but major building work made our walk to the Umeda Sky Building rather lengthy.

Location. Closeness to JR station and eateries. Concierge servce was excellant.

Corridor on 23rd floor smelt of sewage which perneated into our room. Furniture, especially cupboards are really dated and need modernising.

The breakfast at the Hilton Osaka was fairly good. I did enjoy eating in the Executive Lounge as it was peaceful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. They also have a beautiful indoor garden which was a nice to see each time you leave and return to your room. The elevators were fast so you didn't have to wait a long time for them to come. They do have several restaurants in the hotel but be ready to fork out some money for the meals. If you want to eat a meal in the hotel I recommend the room service. It was good food and the amount of food was plenty for us. It was fun to eat in our room and the staff was nice.

In other hotels that we stayed in, in Japan, they offered large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This hotel gave us one small travel size bottle of of all 3 for our family for the whole time we were there. We had to ask for more. It seems that if you are going to pay to stay there they should at least provide you with what you need without really having to ask...or at least "guess-ta-mate". It is clear that 1 bottle is not enough for the family. When we signed up for the hotel it says they offer a shuttle service but it's not a shuttle service at their hotel to the airport. What they mean by that is that you take a short walk to the Air Limosine bus station and catch it there. It's not far and you can buy the ticket at the hotel but you do have to walk to the bus station to be picked up, it's not a pick up at the hotel. I felt that could have been made more clear.

Best hotel in Osaka, I have been here 3 times, & it’s my No.1 Hotel in Osaka. staff are very friendly & the Hotel is only 3min walk from Osaka Train Station. They serve international breakfasts which I recommend if you are traveling in couples.
