We have to carry 3 large suitcases up to 5 floors without elevators.

Confusing to have multiple forenom apartment blocks on one road that aren’t easily distinguishable. Time was wasted trying to use passcode to enter wrong buildings. Clearer signage and different names for buildings would be appreciated. Simply differentiating by address numbers was not clear as the address numbers are not obvious on the buildings themselves.

Close to the city centre, clean and with all amenities, eiderdown white blankets were nice!

the bed was very narrow for two ~140cm, and the mattres was even more narrow, than the bed itself. It was not a sofa-bed, just a bed, different from the photos. A hair dryer would have been nice.

- The location of the apartment was very pleasant, close to all types of transport. You can also walk to the city center. - It was clean and tidy with the right amount of space for 2/3 people. - It has good natural light but the artificial light is not well dimensioned for the apartment. - Coded entry into the building and apartment is much easier and safer. Facilitates self check-in and check-out. - The bed was comfortable and the sofa can also accommodate more people, but we didn't try it to see if it was comfortable. - The TV only works with streaming (Netflix, etc), for us it worked perfectly. - The heater worked well. - Good price for Oslo, ideal for short stays.

- There is no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. If you have any kind of disability this is not a place for you. - Check-in is a little late (16:00) for most of the people and check-out is a little early (11:00). - The kitchen had the equipment we needed, but we thought it should have salt, pepper, oil and also some kitchen towels and garbage bags. - There were some kitchen utensils and dishes that were not very clean. In the 5 hours between check-out and check-in we don’t think this was something checked. - There will be no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, don't forget to bring your own.

Good location, spacious. There was an additional heater provided for colder weather (but during our stay it wasn’t cold yet).

The shower is the biggest disappointment. there is a curtain right next to the toilet, and after each shower you have to swipe the water away, as it gets everywhere. Squeaky floors in the apartment.

We had booked 2 rooms, one for my friend one day stay and for our family 2 days stay. We got 2 apartments, one on 3rd floor and other on 4th floor. Nice high ceilings, good connectivity to Trams and buses and close to metro station. Clean and airy apartment.

There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, like we did, with kids, it can be a hassle. Apartment on 3rd floor was lovely with nice but the one on the 4th floor had a smaller kitchen space and very cramped bathroom in comparison to the other apartment we had on 3rd floor.

Nice place right near the centre of Oslo. Fairly simple but good value for money as all places in Oslo seem pretty expensive. Also a really nice vibrant area to stay

Apartment is good

This apartment room was on 4th floor and no lifts. Only stairs. My mother is senior citizen and can't do this. How many time she rotate from 0 to 4th floor and 4 floor to 0. It's tough for aged person. I called them to get first floor room but they said they did not have which was not good. Check in time 4PM... It's bad timing for checked in. Checked out 11:00AM and checked in 4:00 PM. 5hrs for cleaning the room. This is also not acceptable. Out train or bus arrived at 9 to Oslo. Even they don't have baggage counter or locker. I don't like these things. U need to take some action so other people can't suffer.

Good location near the university of Oslo and the Royal park.

The bathroom didn't have a proper shower so every time I showered the entire room flooded!

I found it a bit too small. Ideal for short stays.

The access code to the room arrived at the scheduled time, as written in the booking message, so we already had the code even before arriving and we didn't have to wait for anything. Very convenient that you don't have keys. The room was clean and cosy and equipped with everything you need during a long or short stay. The building is quiet and equipped with dark curtains that cover the light in an excellent way. The area in which it is located is also excellent and the proximity to the metro and the centre. Very easy to find too. The super helpful staff responds to the messages in a very short time

Very nice apartment in a convenient location! Comfy beds, enough space to get comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and most importantly it was totally quiet during the night.

We liked the location very much. Its at walking distance of almost everything. The fifht floor is a bit much without an elevator. Should be reserved for younger people.

Thy have a very strange identification procedure. They ask acces to the camera of your phone or computer. Of course you should never give that. But the alternative is also complex. And the reason is that the dont have a reception desk.

Location was good room clean and well equipped

Lights did not work in the bathroom and we had no hot water for 3 out of 4 days. Both issues reported not fixed during our stay which finished on a Tuesday.

I was taking shower but the hot water suddenly ran out. I waited in the bathroom and called the service contact but no one answered me for over 10 minutes. Eventually they told me they can do nothing and I have got a cold with slight fever today.

Location was good

1. No elevators and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs 2. Difficult to get to their service staff on the weekend we landed 3. There is a sofa bed in the living area and property was booked for 4 persons so the living room should be prepped for a good nights sleep. However, there are no dark curtains and summer being long days, difficult to get any sleep there 4. There is a washing machine so it wouldnt hurt to keep a few pods. None of the stores nearby sell small boxes of washing pods so thats pretty useless 5. There is no bathing soap in the bathroom
