The location of the hotel was great, very central to lots of good restaurants and bars. Walking distance as well to the waterfront and Te Papa Museum. The room was large and comfortable. The foyer area and communal spaces were also vibey.
The hotel rooms are a little dated. Specifically the bathrooms. However it didn't detract from a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would still stay here again

Spacious room and comfortable facilities. Friendly front desk staff. Fantastic location and eye catching decor. Appreciated the heated towel rail.
The shower itself is very small!

Fantastic size room with stylish decoration. Great bar downstairs too. Handy that they have parking on site (although it is an extra fee - but that's fine).

This property is close to Cuba Street so it is very handy. Specially if you don’t mind paying a little bit extra or save you on Uber costs.
well, the staff were doing their best, they were clearly understaffed, the people checking in before us had to wait longer because their room wasn’t ready, the staff had inconsistent uniform so it was difficult to know who was staff and who wasn’t.
There were fingerprints on all the lights and light switches. It looked like they had rushed to the clean. The day was looking a little bit tired.
