Easy check in and friendly staff. Apartment was clean and quiet. Everything is within walking distance.

It was really central close to bus stops, supermarket and attractions, short walk to catch bus to airport or the zoo, Te Papa and the waterfront were within easy walking distance, happy yo hold our bags after check out - awesome service

Great central location with secure parking and EV charging. Very helpful and friendly staff. Studio was a good size and everything needed for a few days stay.

The bed was a bit small/tired and certainly room for a new bigger one.

Touch buttons on lift were difficult.

Clean, comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Great location. The townhouse was very spacious, the bed were large and comfortable. Would stay again and would 100% recommend to everyone to stay.

No air conditioning was very cold plus the toilet was broken.

The location and apartment size were great.

It was quite cold in the room - there was a door to the adjoining wing that was always open making the level cold anyway but then the only heaters were small portable oil heaters in the room. The kitchen was not well equipped for more than 2 people - one glass and not enough coffee cups.

Spacious room with great facilities and ideal if like us, you're a couple looking for self contained options.

Its a little awkward pulling the car over to the side of the road to run in and check into the hotel. We had a FWD and the corners in the garage are tight. Definitly doable, but would be easier in a smaller vehicle. Not for people with poor driving skills. Our hotel was in the tower over, so its a bit of a task getting luggage to and from the room.

The rooms were clean, looked very welcoming. There were all the amenities - washing machine , coffee machine, kettle besides the oven , electric job , dishwasher etc . It felt like home away from home . I will definitely use them again .

it is advertised as sound proof but we found out from the security the walls are thin. not only that I was not advised for music off at ten. which was kinda annoying considering I got a fright from the security coming up

Booked North building Premium 1 Bedroom Apt and was very great find - a good location, friendly service (they accommodated all our special requests), clean apartment and very well equipped! Had everything we needed for our 3 weeks stay and would definitely stay again! Also, was such a nice surprise to find a little delicious Christmas present in our apartment once we got back from our trip! Highly recommend! :)

Location was great and we had a lot of space for a family of four.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. No garbage Shute or similar on the floor so we had to take it down to reception ourselves every day. Garbage collectors outside every morning so very loud.
