Best location for direct access to Excel and DLR. great breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Friendly staff

Door to adjoining room doesn’t block out sound very well

Not clear that there was an entry and exit for the train pretty much just off the hotel

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting Excel. Ideal.

Due to availability, I was given a ...family room. It was just awkward. There was not show stall... there was a full bath. Inconvenient for taking a shower. Slippery also. I was told that the hotel had room service. this was not the case. one accessed a site with an incredibly limited variety of items. a sad excuse for room service. I cut myself and although I tried to take the stain, I didn't completely. The sheets were not changed. There was not window for fresh air. Lastly, in the reception area, where people wait to be picked up, there is no where to sit...you have to go up five steps. With your package? There is space for a couch behind the column.
