The hotel is easy to find, located just 100 meters from Stratford Station. Stratford Station is a major transportation hub, and Westfield is adjacent to the station. Westfield offers a wide range of shopping and dining options, with many major brands available.
The hotel is simple, but comfortable. Rooms provide two pillows per guest, and the welcome drink is a nice added touch. Check-out is at 12:00pm, which is convenient.

The location is useful with a short walk to the station. Staff a friendly and responsive when issues arise (see below).
The noise. If you get placed in one of the rooms at the back of the building prepare yourself for zero sleep. The trains sound like they’re running through your bedroom and the earplugs they supply in your room are not sufficient! The staff did move us to a quiet room for the second night without question so that is a plus point.
