Good location and easy to get to from the station, everything in walking distance.
We were ‘upgraded’ to a superior room but the room was filthy. There was hand marks all over the walls and windows, the sofa in the room had huge brown stains. Marks and dust all over. Mould in the bathroom.

Very good! I we liked everything.
The shower glass features a system that lets you toggle its opacity with the push of a button. The problem is that, even when the glass is set to opaque, if someone enters the bathroom and turns on the light at night, the light still shines through and illuminates the room; this tends to disturb the sleep of anyone sensitive to light.

We had a great time. Staff were amazing and treated us with such kindness, upgraded our room with a lively view and gave us a special surprise for our anniversary

How clean it was.
I made to requests and they couldn't be fulfilled & ££ I paid for basic room wasnt justified in my eyes. The pool area had 3 loungers & 3 times I went throughout weekend there wasnt available and there was atleast 6+ in the pool which isnt big plus the sauna was crowded aswell. Nearly £400 i expected more im afraid.
