Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, wifi was fast, good location in a safe area. McDonalds and Applebees next door if you need fast food. Some proper restaurants a minute or so walk away. Taxi/Uber ready to use within 1 minute. Staff friendly.

Most of the machines in the gym are damaged or unusable. There are two treadmills - one has snapped in the middle, the second is about to snap. The gym is technically inside, but it's an open air area, so it's very hot at all times. The multi-gym machine has many snapped cables, so only the leg press works pretty much, it's very stiff too - not worth using. The cross-trainer doesn't turn on. For the price of this hotel, the gym needs to be upgraded and maintained.

We’re on the third floor. There was only one elevator and it was out. This was not talk to us before we booked

The location of the hotel is nice, on a zone focused on tourism, the staff was kind and polite and the services provided were good for the money paid for the room.

There was a water leak in the room's closet that made my final day in the room a bit annoying, I reported it to the staff so hopefully they can sort it out. Also, breakfast options weren't that good.

we stay 7 days amd i wish they did something different for breakfast, also the fact that laundry was quite expensive

Staff speak very little English and it was really tough time explaining about payments.
