Breakfast was nice. Parking was very helpful, but entry location should have been communicated ahead of time.

Wifi need to be stronger.

A good hotel for a short stopover in Guatemala city. Close to the museum area and the airport (depending on traffic - but at 6:30 in the morning it was a 10 minute drive). The rooms are a decent size and comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and the bathroom was clean. They organized a shuttle to and from the airport which was nice. It is free until 6 pm and then it is $13. We actually stayed two separate nights and the second room was larger and quieter - maybe ask for one not on the main street if city noise is bothersome. The area is safe and we walked to a restaurant down the street. Breakfast was a choice of many things from a menu and included - great! But it was quite slow so allow plenty of time to order and eat.

Allow plenty of time to order and eat breakfast but the menu selection was very good.

María José is an asset, she does everything to make your stay comfortable. I love the beeakfast, the great security agents, the ckean ànd gardening.
