unfortunately this property was extremely disappointing to a point that it put a downer on our stay in koh rong. even tho the staff were lovely the bungalows themselves are awful, stained bedsheets, moldy curtains , no hot water , constant power cuts with no back up generator , dirty walls and pictures , sliding doors that struggle to open and lock with handles hanging off, even the sink wasn’t attached to wall so it was just balancing on the pedestal meaning it could fall and smash at any moment, huge gaps in the windows and doors meaning bugs are everywhere, I understand it is on the edge of the jungle so there will be many bugs but no attempts are made to minimise this even a intense stick on the balcony would of made a difference. The bungalows are definitely overpriced with none of the proceeds being reinvested into the property to make it worth the money your solely paying for the location only. overall I’d say it’s overpriced and dirty , if you do book keep your expectations low or look elsewhere.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. David helped us with lost headphones and went out of his way to help. Location was brilliant, right on the beach. Rooms were pretty spacious. Monkeys are hilarious - don't leave food out.

Not their fault the village power goes out a lot but it can get quite hot sleeping.

Lovely treetop room. At the end of Koh Toch beach, 10 min walk from bars and restaurants etc- or resort has its own. 10 min stroll to Long Set beach. Quiet- no party noise. But watch out for the monkeys- they steal everything from the balconies!

Power outages, water supply problems and low pressure, toilet not working properly, only one power point 2nd one not working, bloody thieving monkeys!

basic, but comfortable bungalow right on the beach. small, private beach. convenient bar & restaurant on site. near town, but not right in it, which was nice to be a little bit away from it all. easy access to long set beach as well…overall I recommend.

Very friendly staff, gave us advice how to visit the island. There is a restaurant on the site were we had nice breakfast and dinner. The location is just short walking distance to shops and bars.

Bungalows are bit outdated. Need some work here and there.

the food & drink is a bit expensive compared to other restaurants the power goes off between 3pm-5pm

Location was perfect, beach front bungalows and they all have an amazing view and privacy. Far enough away from the noise so easy to sleep at night. The dogs, and the monkeys visiting in the afternoons. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great laid back vibe and the 20 min beautiful walk to Long Set beach was a nice surprise. Usually on islands you can walk on the road or beach, so getting out for a nice walk on a beautiful trail was a bonus!

The bathrooms could use some updating, but that was hardly an inconvenience considering everything else was perfect.

The location on the beach was fantastic and the room was spacious and comfortable. David was a fantastic host and was able to sort any issues out that we had.

Not really a problem just something to be aware of; we couldn't really use the balcony because of the amount of mosquitos that were around and we had to be super careful about leaving anything on the balcony because of the monkeys, that would come and steal your things and given half a chance would be in your room! Also we were a little disappointed that this property did not offer breakfast or nay meals as the restaurant was under renovation when we stayed.

doors to the bungalow couldn’t be locked from the inside. you had a large padlock to use when u left the property for the day but at night no way to lock - not ideal for a solo female traveler. tired & dated, the high price was not being put back into the upkeep.

The location at the White BeCh was great, wonderful place to swim. On walking distance from the small town to get some food and drinks.

Bad bungalow. Terrible shower. Lots of constructions ongoing. Always loud music. No restaurant. Overpriced.

Perfect location, a five minute walk from the strip with restaurants and shops and about a 10/15 minute walk through the forest to get to Nest Hostel. The staff were so helpful with booking buses and boats and brought our bags to and from the pier. The bungalows are very cute with nice balconies.

For the price you pay, you would expect that they would maybe freshen up the rooms daily - we ran out of toilet paper.

the staff was very rude, as in very. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily which is weird for the price we paid. The room also was not very clean when we entered.

constantly playing the same playlist of annoying music at the beach bar, didnt get a bungalow with seaview (booked the pricier one with AC), had bungalow a few meters up the hill in the jungle

Gorgeous location. The beaches are clean and beautiful. We needed to go diving and this was really close to the dive centre. The staff were pleasant and helped as much as possible.

Facilities simply weren't adequate for the price paid. There was no room cleaning while we stayed, no kettle or coffee in room, no safe etc and the rooms were average at best. Extremely overpriced.
