great location, staff was really nice. general atmosphere was great - really good Indian restaurant. definitely would love to come back!

Area a bit noisy at night - but not something I didn’t know before. Booked through them a boat+shuttle back to Ubud - paid way more to have a safe travel back. but when I got out of the boat all shuttles didn’t have my name on the list. it was a really bad experience for a solo woman traveler arriving in the evening to an unknown place. Did talk to the manager after and he was very nice, offered to refund me for the extra taxi I took back to Ubud & a free meal at their Ubud restaurant. I do recommend going there - I had a lovely time with no complains about the hotel, just maybe book your travels back from a different place.

Basically you live like inside Disco. Noise is so loud you cant sleep from 9pm to 2am. This because next door is biggest night club ”Jungle”.

Loud music from next door disco. Though we were lucky to be there during Ramadan so it ended at midnight Nice touch in rooms , we were provided with ear plugs for night 🌙

The staff were very attentive and rooms were very modern. Loved the decor of the hotel and food and drinks were amazing. Close distance to the port so there was no need for a horse and cart thankfully.

Great food and helpful staff. Price affordable and perfect location. Not far from ferry station. Two pools, one at sea front and one private at back next to spa. Wish I could stay more but maybe next year.

amazing location, Gili T is sensational!! hotel had everything we needed and was super close to all the bars and restaurants, staff were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating.

lots of cats however they didn’t bother us and the lack of water pressure in the shower.

The room was beautiful clean new building, but safety box was loose so you can take the whole box with you which is no safety at all . Tv doesn’t work , very very poor internet

Location was horrible right next to night club with very loud music and full of drunk people till 2.30 in the morning , couldn’t sleep change hotel next day . If you like craziness go to this hotel

The staff is amazing . They went above and beyond to help us and they made sure everything is impeccable and they were reachable at anytime . The place is pretty neat and clean . Right by the beach .
