Pondok Santi Estate

Stepping straight off the boat and just a short walk down to the beachfront accomodation was truly bliss. The staff all welcomed us so kindly and insisted that they were there for anything we needed. The room was exceptional, our villa fortunate enough to have an outdoor shower and private relaxation area. The accomodation provided complementary bikes which made exploring the island so much easier. Food was amazing and with the option to have our breakfast on the beach we enjoyed it alongside some turtles who had swam up to the shore, incredible

This is the nicest hotel in Gili Islands. Loved all the space on the property. You can really get away from all the chaos of the Gillis. Our room and private pool just made our trip! The food was just ok. But we did love the breakfast and they brought it to our villa and we ate on the front porch. The staff was very friendly and seem to always know who we were.

When we arrived, their lovely snorkel boat was already booked. They did not email me to make a reservation in advance. When I asked what other company would be good to use, the lady told us "oh just any of them, there are lots of companies near the harbour". So NO help there. No offer to make a phone call or make sure we got on a nice boat within the three days were there. Don't expect any help with info outside the estate. They want you to eat there, use their activities and laundry. I found this very bothersome.

Sehr gut geschultes Personal und wirklich sehr zuvorkommen aber nicht aufdringlich. Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und wahrscheinlich die schönste Anlage auf Gili Trawangan

Trotz längerem Nachdenken hätten wir keinen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Wirklich alles sehr gut bis außergewöhnlich gut. Einzig der Trubel weiter nördlich ist schon heftig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und man merkt in der Anlage selbst auch nichts von dem Trubel

Incredible in every way. Great location, wonderful, attentive, genuinely caring staff. I can't say enough good things about Pondok Santi. The best on the island!
