We loved the house, first of all, it is spacious and cozy. The views from both the balcony and the terrace outside were stunning! The house is very clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped- there is a coffee pot, microwave, water boiler, good wifi, heating, hair dryer. You are supposed to recicle the waste, there are 3 different bins- I really appreciate that. In one of the bedrooms there is a chimney, we didn’t light it, but I guess it’s a pretty romantic idea during a late autumn evening. The host is welcoming, nice and friendly. We were welcomed with pretty flowers waiting for us in the dining table and there are lots of green plants in every room and outside. The place is quiet and relaxing, as its name mentions.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The views from the house were exceptional - you could stay a week just looking at the scenery and listening to the cowbells. The bedrooms were nice and big, and the downstairs bedroom was very cool in the summer. The kitchen was well provisioned, and the parking was just round the corner. The location was great, not too far from amenities in the local towns, also not too far from Lakes Como and Lugano. Good communication with the owner via whatsapp.

The kitchen-dining-living room was a little small, and the balcony could only fit two people. The upstairs bedroom had a very narrow spiral staircase (not a problem for us but it would be difficult for people with limited mobility), and needed blinds over the skylights. The shower floor was a bit slippery. The dishwasher wasn't working. Would have benefited from some rubbish bins outside.

Nothing beats the location and the hospitality of the host. Both are AMAZING. Apartment features everything you'd need. Beautiful area with relatively simple yet spectacular hikes

Facilities (apart from the bathroom which was spotless) feel a bit tired. If renting the place try to avoid weekends when next door neighbours arrive as they're a gist territorial and it takes away from the tranquility of the place

it is a very nice place to stay, great host Tatiana, if you look for a beautiful place with beautiful view at 30 min drive from lake Lugano or Como, stay here in the mountains. Be careful with bigger cars, street is narrow to the house, and way back I recommend using the wide lane and to drive wrong way because this street is wider than the downhill one. Please also note that the exact location on google maps is not completely accurate as of July 2020, and that the property is situated 600 meters further in the street than where Google says it s.

nothing in particular, bikes should be reviewed because low gears not working which is necessary for uphill driving mountains.
