A/C was not cool at all We couldn’t sleep or rest at the apartment it was too hot

Very clean

Booked a big apartment as we travelled with a baby which means lots of luggage. As we were only 2 people the additional rooms were locked. If we book and pay for a big apartment I would have liked to also have access to the entire apartment.

It was a very nice, comfortable and clean house. We had all we need, the service is very good and friendly. You will love it and we recomend you :)

The amazing terrace! View was great and the furniture perfect for some relax. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils through bathroom supplies to extra towels or blankets. We did not have to buy anything apart from food for ourselves. Location is also great, only a couple of minutes walk from the main station, right in the center of Lugano.

A little too hot due to location of the apartment (sun in the windows most of the day). Air conditioning solves the problem but only in the main living area, bedroom was slightly too hot for comfortable sleep. The apartment is placed above a busy road so it is getting loud when windows are open even a bit. WiFi is not really better than mobile access we had on our phones.
