Everything was great, especially as we were working on behalf of Home Run Hounds Greyhound Charity and had 2 greyhounds with us.
Atrium became quite warm at time, and some ventilation would have been good

Location for the event u was attending.
So hot! Room had a fan…had it in all night. Fire alarm went off at 4am. No staff assistance. Left to wander outside and then wander back in when they went off. Very poor. No idea if it was a malfunction or a problem…ruined nights sleep. Parking a problem too as the hotel was fully booked.

Great staff, excellent rooms. Within walking distance from the trams, buses and bars. Area around the hotel has got good walking paths for those wanting to look around.
Slight issue with the door not properly closing, you had to pull extra to close it. Seemed to be limited to the room we were staying in.

Location
The booking was made on the basis that there would be free parking as advertised on their website. However on arrival was told that had to pay parking charges which was not acceptable and unfair. This should be made clear before a booking is made as it is a misrepresentation.
