Room is spacious and at a good location. Hot spring pool is big for our group and easy to operate

Toilet and sink was not available on the upper level. So a lttle inconvenience to have to go up and down the stairs

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, eg: helped us to look out for suitable night clinic and arranged necessary transportation; as we had no idea where to seek for medical care in a foreign country. Unfortunately that we had to check out one day earlier due to some unforeseen circumstances, they reacted promptly and refunded one day room charge once clarification made through booking.com customer service. Really thankful and appreciate for the warmth services received from the staff. 富有人情味的饭店
