Gostei da Localização O facto de poder entrar directamente no Mandela Square traz uma tranquilidade. Tem ao redor varios restaurantes e vais casas de diversão.

Nao gostei da Propaganda enganosa. Primeiro logo a chegada nao se encontra ninguém a receber e não existem chaves. A nossa chegar o apartamento ainda totalmente sujo. Prometem estacionamento que nao cumprem. Prometem limpeza que nao acontece e muito menos produtos de limpeza. OS Acs estão com defeitos. Iluminação defeituosa.

loved the location and it felt like home far from home.

Needs a few upgrades, Rooms could do with smart tv’s, internet could be faster, small little things that make a difference.

Breakfast was not included despite being advertised as such. One would have to go to another hotel and use their dining facilities !

Check in was a nightmare. Reception staff had no knowledge of my booking. They were not notified by the owner of the penthouse suite who rents it out as an AirB&B through a separate property management company. No emails sent from them either. I had to provide them with proof of the booking. First several phone calls were made to owner and management company. Then began the search for the keys to the suite. Reception had never heard of the company managing the property. Ended up being let in by a cleaner with a duplicate key. TV didn't work and curtains coming of rail in main bedroom. Two hours later, a representative of the management company arrived to help and everything was attended to. Apartment also not serviced once during entire stay.

Convenience of of the location.

Staff not willing to help when we had no hot water. No towels for the swimming pool.
