The rooms had no windows.There was a terrible smell in the room,The bed linen was dirty,There are insects in the room, Only the registrar had the key card for the doors..

Очень грязно, тараканы объявились за 2 дня до выезда (раньше видимо не замечали, тк не много времени проводили в номере). Убирались очень плохо. В ванной комнате не убирались вообще. Плохо бежал кран в раковине, невозможно было даже умыться. Одеяло было для двухместной кровати очень маленькое, как будто от 1,5. Просили одеяло - никак не отреагировали. Полотенце было только одно на каждого, просили второе, дали. Чайник и кружки должны были быть в номере - не было, просили - дали. Интересное то, что дали чайник сначала, а кружки нет))) На коврах пятна, мебель старая. Помещение, а особенно ванная комната требуют ремонта. Плесени там много. На ресепшене сказали обращаться с проблемами по телефону. Но при этом телефон отключенный лежал в ящике в шкафу … так что ходили на ресепшен каждый раз))) Не рекомендую данный отель

Nice and afgordable

Good Part : Mr. Aiden was good. Down to earth personality. He helped us to get taxi to airport. Now the bad part : TV was not working, requested 3 times but the technician never came. Neither reception guy came to see what is the issue. They just ignored the complaint (Aiden was not there, some other reception guy was there ) The other fellow at reception before Mr. Aiden was very rude. The hotel was almost empty and rooms were easily available, We arrived at 1:30 to reception and check in was supposed to be at 2:00, these people purposely kept the entire family waiting at reception. Why can't allow check in 30 mins before? Even the hotel was empty and rooms were available Very rude with talks. My one year old daughter was standing on sofa at reception the lady asked us to take her down as sofa would get dirty. Seriously a one year old baby shoes on sofa will add dirt ? The baby was all time in her baby stroller. Nothing positive about these property Rooms are very small Not very clean Cramped toilet Rude reception guys
