The apartment was Central, a 5 minute walk from Split Central, we arrived by bus and walked up to the apartment, there is a supermarket close by and the beach is just behind. The apartment was 2 bedroom a open kitchen dining, and a huge outdoor space., The apartment is well equiped, we were able to cook, do our washing.
We were,on the ground floor so straight out the front door and 5 minutes your in Central. Restaurants close by if you don’t want to walk to Central.
Nothing negative, we had a great stay.

The apartment was absolutely unreal!! Ana was so so nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations! Would highly recommend the property to anyone and I will be returning!

Spacious apartment, exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The apartment features all mod cons. Close proximity to the city centre.

Location was fantastic.
Host was friendly.
The beds only had flat sheets on that kept moving around and did not look neat. Would have like proper bedding.
The outside coach is not in a good condition and had a towel thrown over it

The apartment had a lift and parking garage, all bedrooms had air conditioning even though it was hard to control the temp sometimes. Lots of spare pillows and blankets. Had washing powder and dishwasher detergent. Ten min walk to old city.
Freezer draw frozen shut. Unable to use. Food left in fridge from previous guest, which expired 3 months ago. The iron was very old and ironplate was totally black from burned fabric. Same goes for ironing board. Unable to use.Concerned about lose power points in the kitchen and bathroom, risk of electrocution. No instructions on using dishwasher and washing machine.TV at 90 degree angle from living room, unable to watch TV from couch. Property was hard to find as no clear signage re street numbers. It is on a very busy small street, unable to pull over. We had to go three times back through the city until the host finally opened the gate. Handing back of keys was also problematic.

Well equipped and convenient location for the Old Town, ferry and bus terminal and beachesAna was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and booking trips.
Road quite busy and noisy. This was slightly mitigated by being on the 3rd floor.

Clean, great location, good wifi, kids were very happy there. Kitchen was pretty well equipt. Air con was good, thank goodness!

The property was exactly what we were looking for as the base for our stay in Split. The location was great, less than 10 mins from the Old Town, 3 mins from Bacvice beach, and 5 minutes from a super market, everything was really convenient. The apartment had everything we needed, including a balcony with a beautiful view, and air conditioning in each room. The host Ana was also really helpful, giving us tips for what to check out, and organizing a taxi to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, next to the beach, and a short walk to old town. We cooked a few times in apartment, which was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Ana was helpful with advice on activities.
