Unlike other few Euro star hotels this hotel has gym, very friendly and polite staff. Rooms are spacious and bathroom with double sink. Clean and convenient in the heart of the city. We loved it❤️

We liked our stay so much we decided to extend our time. I liked the decore and the size of the rooms. Breakfast selection was very good. And despite not being far from main foot traffic areas it was very quiet.

The airconditioning was quite weak.

Air conditioner stopped at 18 Celsius, our comfort is 17 Celsius.

I have been travelling to Europe every year and have always preferred room near the city centre, and I could say without a doubt that this is by far the best hotel which is closest to the city centre and yet far from its chaos and hustle and bustle nestled in a small lane where there are very frequent visitors. However there is a bar downstairs which gets pretty noisy during the weekend. The property is highly recommended for those who want to have easy access to the city centre. However I have very different views about the room and the facilities of the hotel which I will illustrate below. However the front desk team is helpful and can guide you well.

The room was very small, actually its only 12 square meter. So the picture in the website is very misleading. The room finishes in less than 7 steps and hence you could understand how small the room is. If you are not going to stay in the room for long then definitely take this room as this is only to come back and sleep and take a bath. Apart from that the room doesn't have any further benefits. Moreover the room service is very bad. Even after we requested to clean the room once in the three night stay, they kept all the sheets same even though it was dirty. It was very displeasing and we dint like this attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel staff doesn't understand english very well so keep google translate in your phone to communicate effectively.

The hotel decided not to use air conditioning during winter and therefore... my room was at 27 degrees. Had to sleep 2 nights with the window all open. Noise and light all together as a consequence, of course. The lowest temperature I got was 23,5 degrees at 4am. This is February! Room on the last floor of the hotel. Unbelievable! The whole hotel was a heating place since you entered. Not using air conditioning is not saving money. Is giving no confort at all for the guests. Any car, shop, metro, bus or public building has air conditioning, but this hotel... only during summer (staff dixit!!!). Unbelievable even for environment balance & sustainability. We're in the 21st century pal's!
