Actually finding the parking was really hard , we had a electric car and we wanted a charge , and trying to find the way in was very difficult, but eventually after nipping in a lovely member of staff helped us she was lovely and we'd love to thank her ❤️

Everything, the staff was wonderful and helped us with everything. Rooms were big, with nice comfy beds and great parking and charging for electric cars. Near the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, and is a few meters from a tram station.

Nothing really, it was a wonderful stay with an awesome staff. The only thing that may be confusing is, there is another Novotel just next to each other. If you land on the wrong one no worry, just go to the other one :-)

The Novotel suites are not what one would expect from a suite. There is no separate bedroom, rather just a curtain that separates the bedroom in 2

Very friendly staff and nice that you can bring your dog! Just not allowed in the breakfast area, but my dog was just lying on the floor at the beginning of the area.

Stylish modern hotel with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Fine location: a little way out of the city centre, but next to a tram stop, and close to parklands, restaurants, galleries and the national library.

The hotel is in a nice location, there is a tram stop right outside. I appreciate the service of the hotel staff, they had been very kind and accommodating. In my case, I had a specific request for a wheel chair and they helped organise it and it was with me for 2 days, this helped me manage the vacation better with the family. In general, the breakfast is good, hotel rooms are clean, good facilities. I would recommend as a good one for families. The highlight for my children was the special events they had planned for Easter break - small treasure/egg hunt, balloons, chocolates, etc.

The break fast and parking prices are high, this could be reduced. If you are there for 2 to 3 days, you may get bored of the breakfast, through they have variety, it is the same variety every day.
