The view the house the toilets
One of the chairs was broken and nearly fell over the beds upstairs were very creaky, and the wifi is HORRIBLE, but thts easy fix

The location is fabulous.
4 beds and 3 bathrooms, absolutely perfect. Huge living space and open kitchen. Duplex bedroom amazing.
The communal stairs aren't the best, but didn't stop our enjoyment

The location was top for us, supermarkets in walking distance, bars for a good night out also right around the corner. A good starting point for a sightseeing trip to sliema were you can start to go further to manoel island all by foot, take a harbour cruise or the ferry to valletta, all which we can recommend.
The apartment itself had everything we needed and the terraces are great.
Our hosts were super helpful and provided a great service in advance of our trip aswell as during the stay.
There might be some room for improvement in small things like the showerhead or the coffeemaker.
The pictures of the apartment should be considered to be updated.

Location was great, nice balconies and facilities.
There was some mold and quite a bit of dampness within the property which sadly led to some of us becoming ill towards the end of the trip and us being less comfortable through the night but for the price and location it was still very good.

The view from this property was the best motivator for me to get out of bed each morning. I did self check in so I did not meet any staff but they were very responsive when I did correspond on the chat. Checking in was easy and the place was very clean and overall I had a very nice stay.

We arrived late night to the apartment to find that it is different to the pictures on booking.com and a different number apartment than what was noted in our booking confirmation. We had to move out the next morning- the host refused to meet us, refused to refund us and was aggressive and threatening. We have lodged a formal complaint with booking.com as we had many other concerns.

the pictures are partially real with the rest from a completely different property and not where you’re staying. the letting company used is awful and inside of the apartment was a health and safety hazard from broken floor tiles to the air conditioning giving you a shower as 2am!! not recommended at all - we had to leave to check into a hotel it was that bad!!

Good location
The property is not well maintained, there was peeling paint in the bathroom and bedroom. The balcony floor panels were loose and uneven posing as a tripping hazard. Beds in the upstairs bedroom were broken and badly repaired, the one bed had a large water mark possibly from a leaking roof. The lounge was very untidy with wires for all the appliances exposed, the couch was broken. the apartment walls had plenty scuff marks and were dirty. At the entrance to the apartment, there was a large water puddle from a leak in the roof - also a slipping hazard. Generally, the apartment block going up the stairs was dirty and smelly.
The property did not advise on the check-In procedure until I asked about it. The link for the access code should be sent earlier than the check-in time as one may not have a Wifi or cellular connection when landing in/getting to Malta for non-locals.
The incorrect apartment number was given at check-in. Check in indicated the wrong flat number, number 5 when it was actually flat 6.
Basic cleaning supplies such as floor mop, floor cloth could have been provided to ensure that for longer stays, as ours, the apartment could be cleaned. Only 1 refuse bag was provided, and considering our 2 week stay, more refuse bags could have been provided.
