The lively atmosphere , the music and the accommodating staff. A special notice for Maria Vanessa who always kept my room top notch, clean and stocked . Krishna and Joston who always made sure I was helped throughout the hotel , especially the rooftop pool . They were all great during my stay at H Hotel.

Room was lovely, very well furnished. Breakfast and service was exquisite.

Facilities need maintenance. Spa walls were moldy and the water cold.

the hotel have bad pepole for a day at the pool and at the spa and its kill the vibe there is no free bad at the pool becuse the let pepole in

No towels in the room. Only 1 elevator for all the hotel on a busy Friday night and it took extremely long for our turn. Booking was done with breakfast included but a fault in their system somehow did not show the same and we were not allowed to have breakfast even after explaining everything to the staff. The room access card given to us at check in did not work. Housekeeping do not respect privacy as they just knock on the door and enter immediately without waiting for any type of reply from people who could be possible inside.

Could have told us that the pool is closed for this period prior to booking. Only dark in door pool was available. Could have told us that EUR250 Deposit Fee is required in Cash prior to booking. I was told if you dont pay cash you will wait 3+ Months for your refund. Reception staff was very unfriendly and full of you know what. It's almost take it or leave it attitude. Had no fresh towels as they ran out of towels.

The staff is very nice The location is very close to the beach but the street is very crowded specially at night. The rooms are weird but in a positive point

Most perfect stay for our minimoon. They decorated the room and just was perfect. They would bend over backwards for you and exceeded all expectations.

Our room was on 5th floor rm no. 1520,there is one small window which looked out at 3 wall of hotel ,there is an industrial extractor fan which runs 24/7 very loud we look to be moved twice were told nothing available ( in our opinion this room should not be used as a guest room only storage).The quality of towels are very poor, wholes on them and strings at edges(worstedive seen ever).change of towels were not the so called white logo ones,they were blue and off white(dirty)ones,that we did see people use on the stoney beach.shower mildew and dirty. On leaving we were told a bottle of jonnnie walker was missing from mini bar I had taken picture of stock when we arrived and just before we left as far as I am concerned there was not a bottle of whiskey there .its my word against their word not good enough. Also the hotel puts a charge of €250 on cr card for damages and it takes 21 day for this charge to be cancelled again this is not acceptable especially when hotel is not providing quality service been paid for. The outdoor pool area on Web site is one of the Hotels main selling points is not available for use this time of the year we were not aware of this until we tried to use it. We have discussed all of these difficulties with reception manager and are awaiting response we would like a response from Booking, and would like to use your services again. We are still waiting for the hotel to contact us.we do have photo evidence of room and hotel have these photos. The girl say they are trying to reach the standard they advertise.this is not good enough.if they are selling a certain service they should be providing it NOW Austin & Susan O'Brien.

Good location although a little noisy later in the night but this didn't bother us. The staff were excellent and went out of their away to accommodate all requests including an early check in and change of room.

The only possible downside is that it is in a very busy area and we were off season

the rooftop pool and bar was closed, and loads of building work nearby was ongoing, and charge extra for tea and coffee in the room.

extremely noisy, impossible to sleep with the bars outside blasting music until 4am and the hotel soundproofing is unacceptable

Breakfast was great, checking-in was very easy and staff was friendly. Checking-out was also easy-going and the staff was ready to help and support. Room was quite despite being in a busy and loud area. Personnel from maintenance were also very friendly and helpful.

There was this one time where we contacted reception with an issue.. one receptionist came to our room and was very rude. Above all, he did not know how to solve the problem himself, he kept blaming us instead.. insisted to call someone from maintenance (they were very kind, and it was not our fault). Bottom line: the issue could have been handled better and in a respectful manner by the receptionist.

Bed is comfy, nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, and in general the stuff are kind and professional.

Room is very dark as everything is black. Low pressure to fill up a jacuzzi, takes over an hr. No view from balcony. Alleged we drank a beverage from the mini bar at check out. We didn’t even touch the minibar. (receptionist was professional and didn’t charge).
