The apartment was beautiful, stylish design and had a nice vibe to it. Super clean too. The apartment also had very good location, only took 10 mins to walk into the main bit. Our stay was very enjoyable.

What was not to like. Great house everything you could need. This is the best apartment I have stayed in whilst in Malta. Close to shops, beach, buses and Bolt for cabs and Wolt for shopping. Lovely plunge pool to chill out in when back from days out.

The hill up from Balluta Bay could be challenging if you have mobility issues. But nothing wrong with anything else

Warm welcome from Karl with explanation for the whole house, even before we arrived with infomation sent regarding the house and the environment and to arrange arrival time. The house is confortable, nice and clean. Near center and beach of Saint Julians and close to Sliema.

Smaller but great pool for refreshment! Not many such accommodations, unique and great on hot days. Fully equipped house, shops, restaurants nearby. Host great and helpful.

The property is faultless, but the walk up the hill from Balluta Bay is quite a challenge during the day. 😀That said, it is ideally situated in between St Julian’s and Sliema waterfront

The pool is amazing, the house is big and has everything you need. The location is great. And Karl is an amazing host.

Ticked all the boxes and would thoroughly recommend. The host Karl kept in good communication in the build up, met us as agreed & also kept the property free the day before so we could check in early. Provided us with plenty of information & was available if we needed anything (which we didn't). The property itself is located on a busy main road with typically Maltese narrow streets & plenty of impatient drivers. But location wise there is a mini-market, pizza takeaway & bar a minutes walk & then the bay of Silema, with all its bars, restaurants & shops less than 10 minutes walk away. It's also located on a bus route going to/from Valetta & was very impressed with the ease of getting around the island with Bolt taxis. The property itself is very spacious; bright & airy with all the mod cons. The plunge pool on the balcony is a real treat...& there is an opportunity to sun yourself in the afternoon. Great selection of programmes on the TV.

The property itself is stunning which makes the busy road outside worth the inconvenience. Although close by, you can't see the sea from the balcony.

Karl is really nice and helpful. The apartment is wide, clean, with Anicet landscape. The heated pool is simply wonderful!

The location was amazing, the bus stops are near by. great host, if you have any questions, he will responds quickly. overall 10/10 highly recommend.

Great apartment, very close to amenities. Attentive and responsive host also. Apartment is more than big enough for a couple or even a family / 2 couples. It had all the essentials and we had no problems. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pool / terrace is north facing so gets very little sun

it’s just like you see it in the photos! the owner was so nice and helpful.he explained everything and he did his best so that we have a great time in Malta during our stay! the beds were really nice and comfortable, the living room was cozy enough so we spent a lot of time there at night with our friends. we didn’t really use the kitchen but it had all the necessary stuff
