Muy caro para lo qe ofrece

La ubicación fue lo único bueno.

Me hospedé más de una semana, pasaron 3 días sin limpieza de habitación, tuver que solicitarlo directamente en el Lobby. Cuando solicité botella de agua, me comentaron que tenía qué comprarla en la máquina expendedora donde sólo había refrescos. Extremadamente ruidoso, se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones de a lado.

Las sábanas estaban sucias, arrugadas, manchadas y con pelos al llegar, el hotel en general se siente viejo y descuidado, los accesos que no son el principal en la noche se cierran con un tornillo, la regadera estaba quebrada, algunas toallas estaban manchadas, la mayoría del personal es indiferente y malacariento, el desayuno súper lleno y se acaba rápido y dicen que van a rellenar y duran eternidades en hacerlo, solo una opción de café, las mesas siempre sucias, no hay alguien del staff limpiándolas entre comensales, los platos los van apilando sobre los botes de basura, en las noches los estacionamientos no están iluminados, en general mala experiencia, no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo, hay más opciones al rededor mejores y algunas incluso más baratas

The only thing I liked was the cleaning staff. They were super nice and respectful.

The breakfast was not great. Three out of the seven days I stayed, they didn’t even have enough ingredients to make breakfast. They ran out of cups for coffee and they had the washers and dryers broken the last 3 days I was there. The rooms are semi stained and dirty as well.

Breakfast was delicious just missing pan dulce for the coffee at night. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Only had 1 washer/dryer. I waited 6 hours in line.

EVERYTHING. smelled sooo bad once inside hallway 3rd floor. room sheets smelled old and bleached. breakfast times were wrong at 9:00am they were cleaning up when they told me breakfast was over at 10am, parking lot was far. I didn’t get a DO NOT DISTURB sign to hang on door and housekeeping woke me up early!!! The MOST disgusting thing was the bad odor and the old over bleached sheets and towels. Will NEVER EVER stay there
