Tushar- Alibaug Property is too beautiful Staff behaviour and service is excellent. ✨ Don't miss the Sunrise view, we enjoyed the sunrise view from the room. Special thanks to the female staff, they are too helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and the toilets are clean. Food is delicious 😋😋.

We recently visited Whitehouse Stay Alibag it was a superb experience...it was a luxurious stay with superb scenery. Swimming pool was clean. The food was delicious especially the Surmai Thali. Away from city hustle and bustle, so you can chill with your family. Staff is very polite & supportive... washrooms are clean ...will surely love to visit again.

I Recently visited White House Stay in Alibaug with my family and it was a greattttt experience...the rooms, swimming pool and toilets are very clean...the staff is also polite... All the rooms have a beautiful view from the window...food, breakfast and evening starter was also delicious... It was really the best experience to stay in White House Stay, Alibaug 💗 Will surely visit again!♥️ I would recommend it to everyone... please visit this place it's really a beautiful place 😍

We recently stayed at Whitehouse Home Stay. Location is hero, this place was far better than what i was looking for. It is located on a hillside surrounded by green lush Fansad Sanctuary serving best views and amazing food. I think Monsoon is the best time to Visit this place. Personally I found this place more scenic than the Lonavala hillstation. Service and Amenities- The service and hospitality of people was great. Satish and Team took care of all our requirements and staff was also very humble and welcoming. Definitely a thumbs up. The property is beautiful and thought fully made. It looks like, they consider the small needs of customers while they build it. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. All rooms are spacious and hygienic with great views to each bedroom with attached balcony. The swimming pool was clean with amazing infinity views. Food- One of the best places to get Maharashtrian type authentic food. We tried Surmai Thali, Prawns Masala and Chicken Thali. Suggestion -If you are visiting this place in Monsoon then carry some good raincoat so you can enjoy nearby small treks 😊

Only the staff and their service is good and soft spoken. But those poor fellas are getting bad reviews because of people taking the booking.

1) Please dont book this property. 2) Dont be fooled by the photos on the app. Because you can get any apartment that they decide. Which will be nothing like the photos. 3) IT IS NOT A VILLA! I booked a VILLA for 10 people. They gave me a 2bhk ''villa''. I confirmed if 10 people will fit. She said ''yes ofcourse its a 2bhk". Did not even provide enough mattress. There wasnt even space to put mattress. I paid 20k where 6 of us were sleeping on the floor outside the bathroom. Even 2 on 1 mattress. How f*cking embarassing!!! 4) Common pool. Wasn't mentioned. 5) Stray dogs. I love dogs but not all of us do. Plus sooo many of them. So uncomfortable. 6) cannot chill outside the room- all kinds of bugs, mosquito, CRABS!, grasshopper, snails around you. 7) Rude booking people harassing you for payment continuously. 8) Far from parking, had to climb too many stairs. 9) Its the dishonesty and cheating which is disappointing. They shouldnt take a booking for 10 people if they cannot accommodate that too at such high rates.

Service was not prompt and had to ask or remind. Housekeeping was to be asked, did not do on their own. Bedroom window was open and mosquitos did not let us sleep for 2 nights, we did not bother to check since curtain was down, saw on the checkout day that portion of the window was open. Housekeeping should have ensured that. Mosquito killer was not provided. Had to ask for it.Hot water was not available and nobody helped. Nothing told in advance. We had to ask. Same for breakfast. We had to ask for it. No odd bothered. Wifi was a big let down. It never worked during our stay. And on top of all, there was the issue of tax

PROS - Very Neat and Clean Rooms with great Interiors. Prompt Service provided by caretaker Mr. Satish. Other ladies staff were also very friendly and polite. Well managed Property.

CONS - Wrongly mentioned on Booking.com as Villa you will be provided an apartment with 2 bedrooms which is a party of the whole Villa. High on Budget considering the Location, Service and other things. Too much of travelling if using public transport. No Nearby places to visit. Shops are located atleast 1 to 2 Kms away. As mentioned in inclusions a kitchen is available. the kitchen is with only a kettle and induction was available in the room. Will have to ask for untensils if required. Food quality is average but as we had no other option nearby we had to go with wat was available. I would suggest to skip paneer sabji and order some vegetables sabji if ordering North Indian. Only chinese starters were avaliable and all chinese items were brought from some other place nearby and not prepared in the property's kitchen.

The entire premises were clean and the decor was tastefully done. The balcony overlooking the swimming pool was lovely.

The mattress was not a spring mattress. We stayed in a 2room villa and only one room had a bathroom and the other bathroom was in the living room.

Staff were humble

No full fledged kitchen No good restraunt nearby Had to order food from near by resort where the quality of food was mediocre. Not recommend for family.

Nothing. Absolutely disgusting! We booked it through Booking.com and made the advance payment of 50% and after reaching there, we were informed that it was completely booked and they had no villa for us. We went there for my friend's bachelorette on a weekend and it was completely spoilt as we found no place in Alibaug to celebrate and had to go back by the evening bus even though we had a ferry booked for the next day. The staff was completely inconsiderate and was so unprofessional. I have never been this disappointed in my life! Madhu or whatever that lady name was not even at the property who asked us to make the payment and stopped answering our calls after her staff informed her about the situation at hand! I felt like taking strict action against the property but I didn't have the strength to deal with such unprofessional morons! And the booking and the payment was done on 5th as you guys can see in the screenshots and the booking was for 29th October. Guess advance booking was of no use.
