Die Lage war gut. MRT gut fußläufig erreichbar. Pool war auch gut für eine Abkühlung und das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

Wir mussten unser Zimmer doppelt bezahlen. Das Zimmer war bereits über booking bezahlt, wurde dann aber nochmal eingefordert und bisher keine Einsicht und Rückerstattung. Einmal und nie wieder!

Room at Marina Sq was spacious and complete with amenities.

They accepted my booking however when I arrived, they informed me that rooms have been overbooked due to an event. I was transferred to a different hotel. At no extra cost but a slight inconvenience. I had preferred to remain at Parkroyal rather than move Marina Square.

Concierge staff very friiendly and helpful. Check in staff more business-like but still very good. Room very comfortable. Cleaning service excellent. Facilities and services excellent, especially pool, baggage storage and especially, especially option to use facilities to freshen up before departure (even after checkout). Location fantastic with Arab Street just across the road and MRT hub ten minutes walk away.

Appreciated cold, drinking water at reception but this had often run-out. Views from rooms at the back of the hotel (like ours) were not great.

Das Parkroyal ist an sich schon ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber dieses Mal hatten wir das Glück, ein kostenloses Upgrade auf den Executive Floor zu bekommen, wodurch wir den Aufenthalt noch mehr genießen konnten, nicht zuletzt dank einer hervorragenden Betreuung durch einen Desk auf dem Floor selbst. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor phänomenal, sowohl in bezug auf die Qualität als auch die Breite des Angebots. Auch das Ginger-Restaurant im Hotel haben wir genutzt und waren zufrieden. Der Pool ist sehr schön (wird nur erstaunlicherweise kaum von Gästen genutzt), die Ausstattung der Zimmer hervorragend.

Der Preis hat gegenüber 2020 ziemlich angezogen, ist aber wohl auch den lokalen Marktverhältnissen geschuldet.

The location is very strategic, it is right in front of the Haji Lane and Kampong Gelam. Very near to Stadium also, I went here to see Taylor Swift, and my from and to to the Stadium is so easy. Love this hotel.

None! Probably they should consider a shuttle van service to the airport or probably Gardena by the Bay/Sentosa Island

Perfect location. The old Malay Streets in front are vibrant and very reasonably price.

Two train lines within 10minute, walk and Bus right on the front.

The location is very close to lots of eateries.
