The hotel is across the road from the Harbourside Wilson Car Park (discount at front desk when you check in), a light rail station and an easy walk to Darling Harbour and the ICC. The rooms are very clean and quaint. The breakfast is excellent as you order off a menu and get 2 drinks included.
Our room was looking onto the lift so we had to keep the blind closed. There are better rooms though.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful.
There was nothing i didnt like it was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were beyond lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately that fire alarm went off at 4am in the middle of the night. Which understandably is not indirectly their fault. However none of the shower rooms in the building had fans and the fire alarm went off due to steam from someone’s shower. An issue that 100% could have been avoided had the hotel installed fans in the bathrooms.
Considering the costs of the rooms, I would expect fans to be implemented to fix avoidable issues that cause massive stress for everyone in the building.
