The location was great for our needs

It's located in the heart of beautiful Valletta. It is good value for the money. It was clean, bed was comfortable, all facilities working. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. You will also get access to the 5th floor deck with some nice views of the city. Breakfasts were served in the nearby restaurant which is just a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I ma happy with this place and can really recommend it.

No complains here. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the cold stone floor in the room and no rug at all. This could only be a problem during winter but in the hotter days this can only be a plus :)

Really good location for access to everything in Valletta. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, directions and more. Buffet breakfast was better than expected.

Fair amount of street noise at night from diners outside. Would have been much quieter if the bathroom window closed all the way. I was there on the weekend and maintenance wasn't available

Breakfast offsite - 5 minute walk to the food market. Quality was poor. The on-line photos give impression food and drinks served on the roof terrace; no, the roof terrace is not owned by this hotel. Therefore, there’s no bar. You can use the terrace but it’s unwelcoming with dirty and broken furniture. We paid for balcony, extra large bed and when we booked it said sea or land view. First night no balcony room available. Moved on day two to a balcony which had no view just hotel walls and 16 air conditioning units along with extract ducting from neighbouring restaurants so the balcony smelt of food. The TV which was advertised with satellite channels did not work - this has now been removed from description along with slippers which were not provided. Bottled water was provided in room on first day only.

Excellent location right in the city centre. The hotel has great potential.

There is a distinct lack of soundproofing, i.e. there is a construction site next door, music from the restaurant across the street, people talking in hotel corridor and on street outside, plus I could hear the alarm clock going off in the next room… also the rooftop with its awesome view was a bit neglected. The whole place seemed in need of some TLC.

Reception unattended. Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come and check me in. Bad smell in the room. Receptionist not helpful and took payment at noon ( even though the agreement was to pay upon check-in.) When i called, she was very rude.

The hotel is located in the center of Vallettas old place. Large room and bed with very good matress. Good buffet breacfast in other building, 2 quarters from the hotel.

There was a large TV in the room but withought connection on plug. Therefore, we did not had TV all the days of our stay. We payed 25€ to the reception for aerport taxi and the taxi driver asked from us 17€ more. Be carefull, the taxi drivers or some taxi companies in Malta, are not very honest.
