I would like to start out with the host Victor and Atsuko were phenomenal! They helped with reservations for restaurants and made awesome suggestions on what to do. They went out of their way to make our stay and trip exceptional! The house was perfect size for our group we have 18 people adults and kids and we were comfortable. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants and is a quick 6 minute walk to the train station. You can be in Odori and Sapporo station in 20 min. The washing machine is a huge plus! There was enough pots and pans and dishes so we could cook dinner. There is one big TV which was enough to entertain our children. This was the best stay we have had at a property and would recommend using victor and this property for your next trip to Sapporo.

Night we showed up it was very cold in the rooms in the house but after the first night house was very comfortable. If you use too many appliances at once the circuit breaker will flip.

Victor the owner was extremely hepful and friendly! One time, we ran out of toilet paper and WA him. He came with a bunch of toilet paper within minutes. It was easy communication with him before, during and after our stay. The house is fully furnished with plenty of supplies including spices for cooking. And location is strategically nearby train station and the airport bus stop.
