The receptionist, on duty when we arrived, was very kind and efficient and got us into the room a couple of hours early. The room was comfortable enough with an enormous fridge plus an enormous oven that was difficult to operate (with no instructions). The deck (lanai) was great.

The room was very dimly lit and it was impossible to read in bed at nighttime. It is essential that this be rectified. The kitchen cupboards should be cleared of everything that is not necessary. There should be, say, four of everything left PLUS a good frypan (there was none) together with a couple of saucepans. The aircon ran all the time and we could not switch it off. This did not bother us particularly but while watching television, it was a little too cold.

Location is great

Balcony rails are not safe for kids, I have a toddler and we couldn't use the balcony. No self parking
