The locatywas phenomenal. Our suite overlooked the canyon, river and hot springs. We had our own hot tub at 41 C. We also had a fireplace. room 3. We both did a hot stone massage. Excellent.

the grounds and spa pools are insane. the room was huge and staff helped us move to nicer room for 3 people with was really appreciated. nice welcome drink too! breakfast was super varied and rich but continental - could have more of a Peruvian touch …

more attention to detail needed in the rooms - if you have 3 people you need to provide glasses and enough water for 3 people, and same goes for toiletries given the premium price of the hotel. dark and difficult to walk around in the evenings. spa treatment was basic and could really do with being more premium by offering a nice hot infusion after treatment at least and healthy snack for example. Spa pool was also full of leaves which made it unwelcoming … keep it clean!
