It is near Lourdes, breakfast was descent and the staff was very kind.

There were a few flies in the room and it didnt smell too well.

The man at reception desk was very helpful, answered all our questions not only about the hotel but many general questions.

We had a few issues but these were corrected in a timely manner. Entrance could be a bit more clear with hotels name. .

The location is good, not too far from the grotto. View is beautiful , swimming pool is much appreciated during the hot season that we were there 👍

The property is a little bit tired could do with refurbishment.

The staff were pleasant.

The carpeted staircase to the bedroom smelt of stale urine. The room with balcony was a good size and acceptably clean. The bathroom was dated with cracked tiles and hairs in the bath. There were no pillow protectors on the pillows. The mattress was lumpy and the protector waterproof which in recent heat made sleeping uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were clean, as was the shower curtain. Breakfast was awful. No orange juice, bread and croissants laid out on tables. When we arrived, flies were crawling over the food. This hotel needs a lot of improvement. A lovely location.

The hotel employees were helpful and very friendly.

Room did not have air conditioning. We were in an attic room. A fan would have done wonders to cool the room down after sunset. Bathtub/shower had limited head room as it was tucked under the A-frame roof. We could not stand up in the tub so showered on our knees.
