The property is in a great location just a few minute walk to the beach. We loved the pool which we used every day after a few hours at the beach. The balconies on each floor were wonderful. The property was adequately stocked though we would have appreciated a Kuerig instead of a drip coffee maker (which we do not use). Overall, our family had a lovely vacation at Tower Shores.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Short walk to the beach. Lots of little extras like kids toys/games that my kids loved. Would definitely return.

We love staying at Riser. Close to the beach, nice pool, and we can bring our dogs. Owner is reliable and there are no surprises.

Convenient, cute, and cozy! A nice stay for younger families with all the amenities of home and the location cannot be beat! We were a group of 7 including 3 teens, 2 tweens, and two adults. The living room has a pull out couch, which one teen used, and the bunk bedroom also had a trundle to fit a third kid. The kitchen is small/cozy and not enough for everyone to sit aroudn the table at once, but it was fine for us since we ate out for dinner most nights. Since it's a townhouse with 3 floors and kitchen on the second floor it might be hard for older people with mobility issues but was perfect for our group. They have children's games in a closet, and beach gear in the shed. We were especially grateful for the convenience to the beach - a 1 minute walk from the door to the dunes. North Bethany location was also convenient for drives to Rehoboth but not bad for visiting the boardwalk in Ocean City too. Check out Bill Chill restaurant for sunset dinner on the beach - just 1/2 mile from the townhouse!

Our family (including 2 kids) really enjoyed staying at Riser for a week in July. The beach and pool are very convenient and the house was clean and updated. We are definitely planning to book another trip.

Found this beautiful pet friendly accommodation. Convenient to the beach, State Park, tennis courts, pool, food/shopping. Host was responsive via txt! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Riser in 2017 and had a great time. We have been trying to come back and this was our first opportunity. We not only love the location...so close to the beach, but also the townhouse layout and that it is dog friendly! We had 6 adults in our group plus my daughter's dog and we had plenty of room to spread out. If you want to cook during your stay, the kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans and dishes. The very short walk to the beach is so nice and even on Memorial Day weekend we had no problem finding a spot on the beach. Once the weekend was over the beach was not crowded at all. We brought our bikes this year and enjoyed riding the trail that was very close to Riser. (Fresh Pond Trailhead) We also walked the dog on that trail and took him to the fishing beach that is right next to Townhouse community private beach. Jess is so quick to respond and communication is always great! We look forward to our next stay at Riser!!

Great townhouse close to a private beach and the state park when I can take my dog to all day. Clean and cozy conditions. And the pool was still opened which was nice since it was very hot. We’ll definitely be back!

Location, proximity to beach, access to pool all quite wonderful. The place is a little dated but very clean. Gas grill. Lots of beach supplies available like chairs , cart , sun canopy, toys, boogie board, crab trap. Lots of spices and basics (flour sugar, oil) available too. Could use more silverware and glasses because we used them up after 1-2 meals but not a big deal.

Jessica was wonderful with communication and the check in process was a breeze with the digital lock. The unit had everything we needed from pool toys, beach chairs, games, books and more! Loved the stay here at Riser!

Great stay with our extended family. Short walk to beach without crossing highway and access to very clean shared pool. Wonderful for both toddlers and teens! Jessica is very responsive to any questions.

Perfect townhome. It surpassed any expectation we had. Multigenerational 4 adult stay with one child and dogs who got beach time as well. The owner was readily available if we had any questions. Literally less than 5 minutes to feet in the sand at the beach. Bay was the same distance as beach in the other direction. Community of Tower Shores is next to a state park beach that dogs can access. My 4 year old granddaughter had to have pool time every day and she could do that easily and we usually had it to ourselves. It was a few steps from the back patio. The unit was centrally located between Rehoboth and Bethany. All of us were very pleased. We would love to visit again. Thanks Jess.

This is our 2nd stay at Riser. I love the 2pm check in and keyless entry. The beds & living room furniture were new- especially loved the king bed in the master. The place is clean, furniture is comfy & lots of added extras like shampoo/conditioner/lotion & cleaning supplies. Steps to the beach & pool in your backyard! Owner is very responsive to questions. You can tell they really care about their place.

Jessica provided extra waste bags and there were many stations around the community. -We didn’t spend much time at the pool as my son preferred the beach. There were plenty of tables/chairs and chaise lounges. It was almost always empty. -If you are bringing a cart to the beach, know that there is the most convenient ramp one street over (Bay Road).-We have rented many units over the years and Jess was by far the best to work with! She was always incredibly helpful and replied quickly!-We hope to come back for many years to come!

We just returned from our week long vacation at the Riser in Bethany Beach. We had a great time. The walk to the beach was quick and easy even with our two year old. The beach was never crowded. The condo was fully equipped with anything needed and plenty of toys, books, and games for kids. We took our dogs and they were able to enjoy the fishing beach nearby. Jessica was very kind and responsive with any questions or issues we had. There is so much to do in the area but where the condo is located it’s quiet and private. We do wish the pool would have been open for our stay but we had a great time even without that option. We would definitely look to stay at the Riser again when returning to Bethany Beach.

Riser was a beautiful property and I had a wonderful week with my parents, a few friends and my pup. The beach block location was ideal & the house is as lovely as advertised. We appreciated the great balconies overlooking the courtyard for morning coffee & loved being able to enjoy dinner together (twice from the delicious Matt's Fish Camp around the corner) around the dining table. Jess was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond to texts with questions. I'd happily stay at Riser again!

This rental property was the perfect size for me, my husband, and my parents to stay at for a week long beach getaway. The property was clean, so close to the private beach (about a 2-3 minute walk), and was quiet! The property manager was easy to get ahold of, and the parking was on-site and very convenient. The home was also well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, a grill, a drying rack, basic cooking and pantry items, as well as dinnerware. I would highly recommend this rental and will likely be staying here again!

This was a great place for 2 families of 3 to stay. Close to the beach and pool was never full. Private beach was great since we were there on Labor Day and it wasn't crowded. Only thing is the stairs could be dangerous for small children especially on third floor and there are no gates.

we really enjoyed our stay so nice to to just walk back to house when needed with little ones. everything you need is in the house too which makes it so easy when traveling with little ones. we will definitely be rebooking for next year. Jessica was so quick to answer all my questions and gave great advise to where to go for mine and my husbands birthday dinners. we loved it and cant wait for next year

We’ve stayed at various vacation spots in Tower Shores for eight years, and at the Riser for two of those years. The Riser is hands down one of the best homes in the area. The property is clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need are on hand. The beach is a short walk away, and the pool is in the backyard. The owners are incredibly responsive. We plan to come back to the Riser next summer!

This is a very nice place to stay in Bethany. (Even during a tropical storm!!) Very clean, comfortable and quiet. So close to the beach and pool. Owner always answered all my questions quickly and was pleasant to work with.
