Green Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

The room was ok, a little worn down, but further ok, cant complain. The breakfast was also ok, all was provided for, of course english and a bit of continental. We ate at the indoor pub, we were early but was still taken care of. Very nice young employee trying to do his best, as this was not his job, but still helped, super friendly staff

The reception staff were brilliant, the room was huge, bed comfy and there was a huge brand new shower. Lovely view from the window.

The room was cold and we had to ask for a heater. As I said the shower cabinet was new and huge...unfortunately the water pressure was almost nil. Very disappointing. Also the breakfast staff member was very non-customer focused, abrupt, unhelpful...embarrassing tbh. She let the team down!

My room was newly decorated etc and on first glance seemed lovely though there were loads Of small snagging items to sort which would have turned it into a truly lovely room.

The food part was truly faulty towers!

Very large bed in a very large room. Fridge in room as well as coffee machine and separate kettle. Two free bottles of water. All staff were helpful to a point.

I explained to the receptionist; fridge was awkward to open because it was housed in a wooden unit with a door hinged to open in the opposite way, and the carpet had to be rolled back in order to open the cabinet door. The fridge, kettle and coffee machine shared one single gang socket between them! There was another socket but it has strange circular three pin holes although none of the plugs would fit it! No menu in the room. I had initially asked how much breakfast would cost and the receptionist upon arrival told me the details were in the bedroom but there wasn’t anything. I didn’t have the breakfast. The vegetables with the steak pie meal were virtually raw. I told the waiter. The walls between the bedrooms were so thin, I could hear someone snoring in the neighbouring bedroom. Once I was awake, hearing this snoring made it difficult to get back to sleep. Considering the en-suite shower and toilet had been boxed in, which there was ample space in this room, #112 to make the en-suite larger, the walls between each bedroom could have battens and plaster board either side, with insulation, which would soundproof them from each other.
