Palm Beach Hotel - All Inclusive with Free beach package & Private Beach

A good hotel for a low budget. The location is excellent, in a good and quieter area of the resort. I received a free room upgrade. Very large room, with very comfortable beds, air conditioning that you can adjust as you wish and turn it on and off when you want, the jambs on the room windows isolate the noise from outside very well. The staff strives to clean but there are also many tourists who do not respect common sense rules such as coming washed and dressed decently at mealtime, not with all the sand from the beach. The food is not of the best quality, but there are also good dishes, no one goes hungry. Very good vegetables and fruits. The coffee is good. Juices are to be avoided. Water is only available from the dispenser.

Superficial cleaning in the bathroom. The toilet was not disinfected. It smelled like urine in the bathroom in the room and in the hallway. Water was only available from the dispenser. You receive a bottle of water in the room upon arrival, that's it. The juices were full of dyes, juice from the dispenser. The sun loungers on the beach did not have mattresses and were not enough for all the hotel tourists.

Das Hotel hat geräumige Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank funktioniert. Zwischen Hotel und dem Privatstrand liegt die Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen Verkaufsständen. Auf der rückwärtigen Seite ist die Zufahrt und wir konnten unsere Motorräder auf dem Privatparkplatz vor dem Eingang parken, eine Vorab-Reservierung ist möglich.

Alles ok, nur das WiFi (WLAN) war durch die vielen Gäste stellenweise überfordert.

We really appreciated the warm hospitality and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We especially loved how pet-friendly the establishment was! Beach was clean and well organized, food was very diverse, a lot of options. Both we and our small four-legged friend had a great time. If we return to Golden Sands, we will definitely choose Palm Beach again.

Location, private beach and good buffet selection. Reception was very helpful calling taxi services for us and asking Manager to extend our checkout.

Some staff were helpful but service was not consistent especially in the dining area. Private Beach smoking allowed in all areas.
