The hotel offers excellent facilities for business events. It is spotlessly clean, and the service is professional. A very welcoming and comfortable place—I would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Astoria by Astoria Collection was wonderful. A special thank you goes to the amazing staff, especially manager Mellisa, who was incredibly helpful and empathetic throughout our stay. She really made us feel cared for and handled our requests with kindness. The food was both delicious, having the beach so close was also a huge plus, making our days relaxed and effortless. We truly had a wonderful time and felt so well taken care of. highly recommend this hotel.

If there’s one minor area for improvement, the desserts weren't quite to our taste and could be a bit better, but this certainly didn't take away from our fantastic holiday.

Good location, close to the beach and tourist attractions. Lots of people, lively in the evening. Food was ok. Beach was ok, we just happened to arrive when there were big waves and we were not allowed to swim for a couple of days.

The room wasn't good. We paid extra for a room with a seaside view and we got a room on the first floor on the side of the hotel with a full view of the car park and a little bit of the sea. Way below the standard of the room from last year. The bathroom ventilation was not working when we checked in, so I notified staff at the reception. We checked it together and confirmed it wasn't working, and they said someone would fix it. One week later, the problem wasn't solved, and we left disappointed. The food was ok. The main restaurant felt very crowded in the afternoon, as if there were way too many people than the restaurant could manage at a time. It's hard to find a place to sit and eat, especially if you are with more than 3 or 4 people.
