I am your loyal customer. This is my 3rd experience. I'm with Mekah Tower. In terms of check-in, hotel management allows me to check in earlier since the room is available. Upon check-in, the reception staff aware my birthday date, same with my booking of stay date, and they surprised me by celebrating my birthday at night by sending birthdays cake to my room. It was a really wonderful experience to me stay in your hotel. I am really appreciate and will recommend this mekah tower to my friends . I would like to thanks to 3 male staff at registration reception , especiaslly during my registration check in date 6.Oct 26 between 6.00-8.am. Please refer to the schedule staff who on duty. Very greatly appreciated. Also not forget to 3 male staff at reception upon my check out Abdulhameed ashi, Hattan Jan and Fahad khudays Last not in the list, I also appreciate management upgrade my room from double bed to king bed as my birthday presents. They ask for car registration and after giving this the lady on reception said now you park your car for free but on exit they took 456 sar saying that it's impossible how can you park for free so it means it was a trap for parking which was was not a professional way they should inform us on entry that we will take that much money
