A very spacious and comfortable “cottage”. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks swimming on the river or playing on the riverbank. The jacuzzi bath was a special treat. Excellent breakfast in the main hotel, just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
I loved everything about it.

Superb location by the river in a valley.
Plenty room to sit bij de river, they have loads of seating, sun loungers etc.
Food in de restaurant is very good but maybe a little pricey.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, we did get upgraded which was lovely.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and all spoke very good English.
Breakfast was extensive with lots of choice available.

Breakfast was very good and a lot of options. Very beautiful scenary, with the river, forest and castle to look at. Restaurant was delicious, with a nice menu and courses.
The road to the hotel was not good, thankfully we had a good car. They advertise the spa, but it is in another building and you have to pay extra to be able to enjoy it with just the two of you.

Frühstück passabel, Abendessen „suboptimal“ - knapp 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und dann waren 4 von 5 Essen falsch und der mies gelaunte Kellner meinte das wäre jetzt aber nicht sein Problem - furchtbar)
